Definitions: Strong Performer/ Good Overall/ Sufficiently Knowledgeable/ Failed Test

Strong Performer: demonstrated substantial skillset, knowledge and close familiarity with subject matter. Unquestionably can perform all related tasks and mentor other on a subject.

Good Overall: demonstrated knowledge and skills, more knowledgeable on some subjects and less on other. Can perform all related tasks with success.

Sufficiently Knowledgeable: demonstrated sufficient knowledge and skills, doesn’t have any particular areas of strength, may require occasional guidance or frequent use of documentation.

Failed Test: doesn’t possess necessary skills.
